This Tour is an "Introduction" to Covington and Caravan Tour of the attached Cotton Mill Village.

This exclusive tour usually starts on the Covington Square but will start in the Historic Alley of Porterdale Georgia at 2120 Main Street Porterdale GA 30014; to allow for the additional tour stops that have been added for this event! This is a walking tour with the possibility of a short caravan; Should we caravan, your car will trail a lead car. There will be some hills and stairs to climb. This Tour will conclude at the Historic Porterdale Mill.


We will tour historic Covington and end up in the Mill Town of Porterdale

Is there parking available?

Parking is available at each tour’s starting location. For the 3 City Caravan Tour and the Porterdale Day Tour please park on the Covington Square  in a nearby area and we will meet at the Flag Pole on the square next to the Military Monument. For Porterdale Ghost Tour meet at City Hall 2800 Main Street, Porterdale

Are children allowed?

Children are allowed on “Day” Tours the Haunted History at Dusk/Ghost Tours are for adults 18 and over only.

Do I need to purchase tickets in advance?

Yes, advance ticket purchase is required. Events typically sell out quickly. To maximize your chances of getting the date, time, and number of tickets you prefer, please book well in advance.

Do you recommend taking both day and night tours?

Yes we recommend taking one of our day tours and our night ghost tour for the full historical story of our quaint village.

Do I need to tip?

Gratuities are greatly appreciated, although not mandatory. The standard gratuity in the service industry is 15%-20%.
