This Tour is an "Extended" exploration of Historic, Covington, Oxford & Porterdale; Newton County GA
This Tour is a Caravan Tour where tourists can exit their vehicles at select locations. (Handicap accessibility with advance private reservation). Each Vehicle will receive a two-way radio to hear details of the various locations on the caravan and to stay in contact with tour guides in the lead vehicle. The Caravan Tour is a 15 mile ride through Covington, Oxford & Porterdale Ga. Porterdale is 3 miles from Covington and Oxford is 7 miles from Covington. The Caravan will leave the Covington Square Touring Various Covington Historical Sites then move into Oxford to do the same. Guides will then lead Tourists into The Cotton Mill Village of Porterdale GA to end the Tour. There are restrooms in Covington to be used prior to the start of the tour and restrooms in Porterdale to be used at the end of the tour. This tour is approximately 3 hours.

We will tour 3 historic cities of Newton County, Ga.
Guest will park on the square and meet at the Flag Pole on the square next o the Military Monument. Tour Guides will arrive 30 Minutes prior to the start of the tour. Guests should arrive at least 15 Minutes prior to sign waivers & release of liability and for a radio check. Each Guest in your vehicle will sign in and we will issue one radio for your vehicle. If you have a bus we will step on to your bus to do the tour. We need two available seats.Get Directions
Children are allowed on “Day” Tours the Haunted History at Dusk/Ghost Tours are for adults 21 and over only.
