Yes we recommend taking one of our day tours and our night ghost tour for the full historical story of our quaint village.

Parking is available at each tour’s starting location. For the 3 City Caravan Tour and the Porterdale Day Tour please park on the Covington Square  in a nearby area and we will meet at the Flag Pole on the square next to the Military Monument. For Porterdale Ghost Tour meet at City Hall 2800 Main Street, Porterdale

Children are allowed on “Day” Tours the Haunted History at Dusk/Ghost Tours are for adults 18 and over only.

Yes, advance ticket purchase is required. Events typically sell out quickly. To maximize your chances of getting the date, time, and number of tickets you prefer, please book well in advance.

Gratuities are greatly appreciated, although not mandatory. The standard gratuity in the service industry is 15%-20%.

Yes, bathrooms are available during the tour

In the event of inclement weather such as rain, thunder, lightning, excessive heat or cold. We reserve the right to issue a raincheck or alternate date to tour guests. All tickets are non-refundable.

At this time, we do not offer tours in any other languages except English.

We absolutely do! We can accommodate a variety of special requests (Family Reunions, Birthday parties, out of town guests, corporate, conventions, festivals, parades, grand openings and more).

You should bring with you a camera and a small bottle of water. When it’s really hot out, we recommend an application of sunscreen on exposed parts of the body and a lightweight pair of sunglasses. During the cooler seasons it’s important to wear and an extra layer of clothing and consider bringing gloves. If it looks like rain please bring an umbrella or consider taking the 4 pm Caravan Tour where you will not have to exit your vehicle.
